90 Day Challenge

I have decided that having my food and workout journal attached to post on the home page was making things a bit too lengthy. It is sort of becoming difficult to pick through things and I have a feeling the problem will become larger the more post I make. What I’m going to do instead is create two separate pages attached to this one for those logs.
